[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On April, [redacted] refused to list my property on International MLS, despite my specific request to do soInternational MLS is a real estate listing agency, so I do not understand why they would reject this request.Also, [redacted] falsely claimed that if they were to list on International MLS, they would be required to pay a larger fee than the $fee for listingThis is categorically falseAs [redacted] of International MLS stated unequivocally in his email to me, the $is the ONLY fee that would have to be paid(I informed [redacted] that I was going to pay the $fee for listing on International MLS, but they still refused to do so).Additionally, as [redacted] stated in its email to [redacted] , they were simply unwilling to post on International MLS and refused to take the time do so.Separately, on April, [redacted] forwarded me a "lead" from a individual called " [redacted] It turns out that this was a phishing attemptA subsequent cyber security check on those emails from [redacted] concluded 100% that they were fraudulent emails [redacted] did not make any effort to check whether this lead was a real estate agent before forwarding me the leadIt was only after this phishing attempt was discovered that they sent me an email stating the following: "There is no agent by the name of [redacted] in the MLS Roster, nor a last name of [redacted] Thank you for bringing this to our attention, so we can be aware for future leads." I am rejecting this response because: It is saying in paragraph we only owe a commission if we do not bring our own buyer, we brought our own buyerAlso in it states that the Broker will give is required to give us closing cost estimatesI called the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and they told me that this is not trueThe broker for Housepads.com never did give us the closing cost estimate sheets and that is what they are trying to charge us forThey are charging us for work that they never did!

12/28/2015Dear *** ***,We received the complaint regarding the cancellation and relisting of *** ***'s propertyOnce a cancellation form has been submitted and the listing has been terminated, this terminates the listing contractIn other words, the listing contract is valid for months, but
the customer has the option to cancel the listing at anytimeThe customer exercised his option to cancel before the contract expired, so the listing contract was terminated which forfeits any remaining time left on the original contractIf the Customer wishes to relist the property, he would need to purchase the relist option through ***.com, as this is the company he had originally placed his order with.Sincerely,Housepad, LLP

7/29/2016Good Day,This is the second complaint we received from the Revdex.com regarding this customer. We received a complaint from the New York City Revdex.com, ID[redacted]. Below is our response sent to them earlier today.We have reviewed the complaint from your office regarding fees in which the...

customer does not feel they owe. The customer entered into a binding contract with our company to have their property listed on the Multiple Listing Service. Our listing contract outlines all additional fees that will be due to the listing broker in the event of an offer is received. Regardless of how the buyer was obtained, the broker is required by the state to perform certain duties and the contract lists such fees and duties. The contract was signed and dated by the customers, which indicates agreement of the terms of the contract. After we were notified of the sales agreement, the broker performed the duties in which he is required. At that point the customers sent email correspondence stating they were going to dispute any and all fees we attempt to collect, so the fees due were submitted to an outside agency for collection per the terms of the listing contract.Enclosed is a copy of the listing agreement and the email correspondences. Please refer to paragraph 5, 15 and 17 of the contract. A copy of the first complaint and reply is enclosed for your reference as well.Sincerely,USReality.com, LLP
