“When we were searching for a contractor for a bathroom renovation, we wanted to hear the experiences of several people who have had work done by them. We asked HousePro for several recent references to talk to after we had narrowed our list of
potential contractors. Each reference was adamant in their praise of the work done by HousePro. After all of our questions had been answered, we chose House Pro as our contractor and, as our project progressed, found that all of the superlatives we had heard were absolutely true!
As promised, the work crew arrived on time on the day they indicated they would begin work. They were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They kept the work area clean and caused very little disruption. Unlike other contractors we had worked with in the past, there weren’t days when no one showed up and the project just stood still. The promise was made that once they started work, they would be there every day until it was completed and they kept that promise. As questions arose (they always do!), we were consulted with, given viable options, and sound advice based on their experience to make sure our expectations were met. The work was concluded on the exact day they estimated the work to be finished. The renovation was done just as we had envisioned it with excellent workmanship throughout. we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
Anytime I found an issue with their work, which was very rare, often rather insignificant, and usually dealt with a personal preference rather than a "problem", they always responded... no questions asked! In fact, I made a call a couple of months after the project was completed with a small problem and they responded very quickly to take care of my concern.
To put the above in perspective. I’m very much a perfectionist when it comes to things like this and I have had my issues with other contractors we have used in the past. I have never provided a written recommendation for any of them. Given the experience we had with our bathroom renovation, I offered to write this recommendation for HousePro!
Since the bathroom renovation, we have used HousePro for two other projects... a large bookcase, and a porch renovation. Both were finished in the time specified and to the high quality I have come to expect from HousePro!
Lastly, in speaking once more to this company's integrity, I called them about a new project, and was told that they would be glad to do it, but because of its nature, it could be done at a less expensive cost and just as well by a company that specialized in that particular type of construction. How many companies do you know would do that?!

We had our bathroom remodeled. HousePro was one of the best contractors we ever worked with. They were very professional and arrived on time every day. Their prices were very reasonable. WE changed our minds several times and they took it in stride. we ran into a plumbing problem which they resolved with ease. I would recommend them to anyone needing home improvements.

The owner asked great questions to make sure I was going to be happy with my choices and offered several suggestions to help me decide. They beat several other quotes I received. Recently had a bath to shower conversion done [r/t injuries from motorcycle accident]. I had 4 quotes from leading companies and the way it worked out the last one was Greg @ HousePro Home Improvement. The other quotes were $5,200, $9,100, and $5,300, Some were like buying a car with high pressure ‘sign now and well give you a discount …’ – been there done that – no thanks!
I have made a personal decision long ago that I never make a quick decision – I always sleep on it – always!! So by the time Greg came I was almost ready to just forget it. Greg came in with no pressure at all, looked the project over, quoted $2,875, and was OK if I slept on it. Didn’t need to I had already searched Revdex.com, any reviews ….. all good!!!
That wasn’t all -- they could do the job the next week – wow! The guys that came and did the work was very professional and friendly, kept my floors and stuff covered or protected. Excellent work and very happy with the whole experience . I would strongly recommend them to anyone, - and will use them again if needed. Thanks Guys and Greg!!!!
