The man did a great job until he couldn't get up in the attic There was a house fire at one point and he missed this completelyThe main beam was charred, at one location of the beam was charred in half So in my eye's he didn't do a complete inspection as required by Virginia state law Lost a lot of money behind this He was not very cooperative , contract he gets you to sign releases him from all responsibilityContract of Adheasion
