Review: On March 18, 2014, Houser Mouthpieces acknowledged in an email receipt of a mouthpiece from me to be gold coated. They also acknowledged receipt of my check for $82.50 for the cost and return shipping. (Check has been cashed.) I had been told in an email on March 12 that they would be sending a batch for gold coating in 2-3 weeks, so the receipt on March 18 was in time for that to happen.

Now, it is June 4 and I have heard nothing from Houser - multiple emails and phone calls go unanswered.Desired Settlement: 1) Provide a status of my order.

2) Either do what I have paid them to do or return my mouthpiece and payment forthwith.
