According to the documentation including the purchase agreement(Attatched) Mr [redacted] didn't trade the [redacted] on the used car [redacted] , he turned it in the *** In fact what my Salesmanager told Mr [redacted] at the time of the lease is correct, if you trade the car in you are not penalized for the mileage overage I have also attatched the We Owe slip in which we wrote him a check for the final payments of his lease along with a copy of that check We would not help him complete his lease if he was trading the car We understand there can be some confusion going from a lease to a buy We believe we explained and documented it very well and it was a good move by the customer turning it earlier than the full term of his lease because it did keep the mileage lower than the alternative Thanks for your attention to this matter [redacted]

While after reviewing both deals, looking at the documentation, talking to the person who does the paperwork and talking to the Salesmanager, I have yet to find any indication that we did anything that would be construed as an issue But after looking over the two complaints, it is evident that Mr [redacted] was not aware enough of the issues with his lease at the end The customer is correct that we are the Auto Professionals We sell and lease cars everyday and if we didn't make it clear enough than I would like to make it correct in his eyes In the interest of customer satisfaction, we will send Mr [redacted] a check in his name for the $that he owes for his excess mileage Thanks for your attention to this matter

The service department is very efficient. This is a tribute to, [redacted] the service manager. There are no surprises with the final bill because they are very good at estimating the cost of the repairs. They provide a free shuttle (tip) to the highlands so you can do some shopping. Again, the service department is awesome at the Lincoln/ford dealership.

Sorry that this occured it looks like the paperwork got lost in the Accounting office.  We will send out a check fot the $1,584.70 today made out to Ford Motor Credit Company, und[redacted] account.  Thanks.
