I own a home in Pennsylvania. I lost my job about 2 years ago and was unsuccessful finding another position in my field. Of course all the bills starting piling in & the mortgage company was not understanding of my situation & why would they be its business. Knowing I was going to loose my house I scrambled to find anyone online that can help get me out this nightmare. I came across the company housing & financial. I called them up & spoke to a woman named Tiffany. After I explained my situation she assured me everything will be ok. Around 2 months later my home was saved by this company & I was really educated in throughout the entire process. Its amazing what this company was able to do & the power they had to save I home. I am writing to you today to give you my experience with Housing Educators. I am going through a really rough patch right now, my fiancé lost his job towards the end of the year 2014. So I fell behind in my house payments. When I got to the point of frustration and losing my mind with the mortgage company dragging it out so long and making me go through so much back and forth, I received the letter from Housing Educators saying they could help me. From the point of calling to the ending results I have had nothing but good results from them. They calmed me down, and kept me calm throughout the whole process. which took less time than all the back and forth with the Mortgage company in the first place.
From the start of calling and talking with Pat [redacted] with the start-up paperwork to being assigned to Laura [redacted]. I am very pleased with everything, Laura did a super job! And saved my home. And for that I am grateful to her.
I hope I am never in this situation again and will in a heartbeat recommend anyone to use there services.
