Review: Order item on line with business on 1/*/14. Buisiness submitted payment from my credit card on 1/*/14 Business web site advises most items shipped withion 48 hours. As of this date, have not received item. Have sent multiple on-line requests for answer as to oder status, however have not had response. Phone number of ###-###-#### comes up blocked whent attempting to contact from multiple phone lines out of California. Concern is lack of response and no way to contact.Desired Settlement: I would like my order fulfilled as it has been over a month. If not, then refund of payment. Also, I would like deletion of my PII from their system.
Review: I ordered a lamp on 12/**/2013. My credit card was charged $149.76 on 12/**/2013. As of 1/**/2014 (over a month) I still have NOT received my order. Each time I contact the company, they tell me the lamp will be shipped out that day and they will send me tracking information. The item still has not been shipped. I requested to have the order canceled and my money credited back to my cc by today. No response from the company and the money has not been credited back. Horrible business practices. I want my money credited back to my ccDesired Settlement: $149.76 credited back to my credit card
