I received your response on our above complaint. This matter has not been resolved. We did meet with the company to try to get some of our issues resolved two weeks ago. Again, a lot of promises but to date another contractor is not longer working for them and they are in the process of getting another one on board. In the mean time all of our issues are still on their back burner.
We are still not satisfied and nothing is resolved.

I feel like we have kept in constant communication with them and have made numerous trips to their home with the contractors to address the problems that have came up. The trim that the factory sent did have some damaged pieces and more pieces were...

ordered from the factory. The factory had to order them themselves and then asked to send them in another home as to try to avoid damage in shipping from a transporter. We let The [redacted]'s know this also. We are aware of the squeaks in the floor and the issue with some sheetrock and the wall. Our contractor scheduled a date with Mr.[redacted] to come fix the floor issues. Our contractor sent his workers up that apparently were not well prepared and after Mr.[redacted] tried to work with them he sent them home. We were not fully aware of this situation until Mr.[redacted] came into my office as I was reading this complaint. We called our contractor right then and set up an appointment for he himself to go to The [redacted]'s and make the repairs. We worked closely with The [redacted]'s to get them in their home ASAP, even through we dealt with major issues from their lender, and allowed them to move in before any funds were collected for their loan. Mr.[redacted] has stopped by our office, called and texted many times so the communication has been very open.
As I stated above, we have an appointment set up with the contractor and Mr.[redacted] to get the repairs handled. Hopefully this will help the situation and they can be happy.

When [redacted] was here on the 3/22/2016 we told him that the trim was in the home and that Jesse would bring it up on the scheduled repair date of the 25th. Jesse did cancel that appointment due to Good Friday and he talked with [redacted] and rescheduled for the following Tuesday the 29th. The [redacted]'s cancelled that appointment due to a funeral service. At that point there was an additional request from The [redacted]'s that instead of us fixing the wall behind the countertops that we instead install backsplash tile that they are purchasing from a local store. We have agreed to that request and we will be responsible for the labor portion. Jim [redacted] just had a phone conversation with [redacted] this morning 04/05/16 and they both agreed that instead of Jesse making numerous trips, that he will make one trip to install the trim and the backsplash tile. At this time the tile has not come in yet and [redacted] was fine with waiting for it to get in before Jesse returns. I am not sure where the lack of communication is coming from but it seems that [redacted] has been able to communicate with us. As stated, we are having to make adjustments n everyone's schedule and [redacted] has been involved in all these conversations.
As for the contractor that [redacted] called, I told [redacted] I had just talked with the contractor the afternoon before and his check was issued that day, so of course he had not received it yet when [redacted] called him that next morning. Kyle only suggested to  The [redacted]'s to switch from a construction loan to an "End Loan" so it would save The [redacted]'s a significant amount of closing costs because they were wanting more house for their money. We thought we were trying to help them out. It is to bad to hear that our business is not appreciated. The contractors have made complaints to us also about things that have happened up at the house so it seems that that goes both ways.
 
[redacted] and Jim talked this morning and Jim states that [redacted] was very nice and seemed happy with the schedule.
