Gave proper notice to vacate apartment, fulfilled my lease term and they refuse to give deposit back citing "no notice to move"
I lived at this company's apartment complex "Park at Wellington" in Holiday Fl for year (July to July 2018)I completed my lease fully and gave notice times to the office once via email and once hand-delivered notice that I did not intend the renew my leaseUpon the second notice of non renewal, I sat in the office with the property manager and she told me that the deposit would be returned in days (that was August X XXXX) I followed instructions per the lease and give days notice twiceIt is now November and I still have not received my depositUpon contacting the office I was told there was no notice given of my intent not to renewBut, *** (leasing agent) did confirm that she had my new address, which would not be possible unless they received my non-renewal noticeI want my deposit backThis company is not following the rules and h

I was approved 11/to be able to move in March 2018,
They could not give me a move in date even though I was willing to give them till April 15, They could not promise me anything I had to cancel the moving company and cancel my flight which I lost out moneyThey have had different managers since they started the projectThan recently at the beginning of march they ask me for a new applicationI decided not to continue trying to get no where with this companythe apartments name was park at wellington Holiday floridaI feel that because they didn't deliver I should receive my application fee and my deposit
