This means that they have a 60 day window to fill the opening. Many landlords will list the opening right away (stating the date that it will come available). If the unit is not filled, they will keep it advertised until they find a qualified renter. This process can take weeks for a landlord, which is why rental listings on our site may appear over and over again.Sometimes there are errors on our website. These happen when a landlord forgets to close their listing, or maybe they list it incorrectly. If a renter notifies us of the specific problem, we will fix it (either manually or by asking the landlord to update the listing).
