The worst agency ever. They represent me in a class action nationwide hip replacement case. The lawyers are smug, condescending and feel it is not their responsibility to stay in contact with a client. They refuse to return phone calls or emails and when they do, they make sure it's specifically at a time you told them NOT to call. They are greedy as well. Charging 45%, which is well above the average. I'd stay clear of these sharks and leave them be someone else's problem.
