I have agreed to refund the mgt fee collected and pay for half of the replacement cost for the carpet. I am also willing to remove the bike rack and repair the holes drilled by the former tenant to install the bike rack in the garage. We are discussing a partial reimbursement for airfare and car rental. The level of compensation that I have already agreed to exceeds what was asked for in this compliant. We are working tirelessly to come to an agreement with the customer. He has assured me that once we have agreed on a settlement he will withdraw his complaint.
