We paid a large sum of money $foolishly for an ITS membership because this company promised great vacation pricesThey don't You can get same or better prices using [redacted] or other travel sites Recently, tried to get us to invest more money for their crappy product by upgrading to an "elite" membership We paid an elite price to begin with, they need to offer a worthwhile serviceAnd not try to scam people for more money to keep their failing business afloat

I purchased this service jointly with a friend. We used it once to make flight and hotel reservations. Their website is extremely slow and would give me different rates for the same flight when searched just seconds apart. Two times I left messages with their "concierge" service and never got a call back. Their search engine seemed to do nothing more than search the same sites that I could search on my own much faster with more accurate results. In ITS promo session they showed the group rates for condos and all inclusive stays that were not even close to what we were able to find. Upon doing our own searches it was very obvious that they were not doing live real time searches. Total waste of money. We received no benefit from using this service.

I have tried to use this I purchased a number of times once I called the place and got it cheaper once they never called me backOnce we got there and wanted to charge cleaning feeIt has been one bad deal after another and I never got any of the deals they promised ever!!!!!

I was pleased with my interaction with ITSWe were looking for lodging in Red Lodge Montana We called in to inquire and were told we would be assigned a travel planner The one assigned to us was Tavis He was extremely helpful and offered several options for lodging After reviewing the options with my husband, we chose the Pollard Hotel We stayed for nights and saved a nice amount I look forward to inquiring on a cruise we plan to take next year

Just wanted to let you know I experienced a very positive experience with I.T.S. I recieved comparable prices of several hotels to choose from the day I called no wait time and the trip was a couple of days away, the prices I was given were considerably lower than I could have booked on my own, had a major issue with the one sleezy hotel that I chose called the emergency number it was after 11 at night was called back within minutes and was handled very professionally and was immediately put into a different hotel thank you I.T.S. for all your help, quick response and professionalism.

I understand I  signed these forms but was told to initial here, initial here, initial here, and wasn't completely understanding this was a monthly charge for 6 months. I did read the forms after the fact which was  many pages long and I realized this is not something I need or had intended to do. I'm just asking to  be taken off this monthly charge being I didn't understand and having a hard time figuring out why this business is being so difficult. If you care about your customers you would see what I'm talking about.  All you're concerned about is the money, not the situation.

If I had known it was a monthly occurrence I would have never signed. [redacted] also told me via phone that she went over this quickly which tells me the public doesn't know all the details.  I'm not the only complaint on the Revdex.com website with this same issue so someone needs to check into how the public is being told about this monthly service. If others are complaining with the same issue there's a problem. I only want to be taken off the monthly plan that I am not using.

It is given to you to read and whether or not you read what you sign in 2 different places and initial in 8 different places is completely up to you. We also highlight the portion regarding cancellation to bring it to your attention. We make it a point that patients understand the plan they choose it is not our goal to trick anyone. Our front desk and doctors care about all our patients and only want to offer the best care at the most affordable rate  possible. To provide quality and most affordable care possible we are obligated  to stand with our policy.

Well, I don't know where to begin. This company contacted my family and invited us to a presentation with a promise for a free cruise just for attending. At the presentation, it claimed to offer great deals for travel, cruise, and hotel / resort stays if we signed up for a club membership. Intially, they told us around $12000 for the membership with a $59 charge every three months. They then skillfully conned us in to paying $6000 by making the new price look enticing. Unfortunately, we fell for it. Afterwards, we would ask for travel arrangement, and what they offered have been consistently more expensive than what we could get on our own. Each time, we would book on our own for various vacations. Eventually, after about a year, we decide to suspend our membership. However, it took us weeks just to get a chance to speak with a human after pressing 3 on their general number. The guy that answered was very rude the moment I told him my intention was to suspend membership. He then went on to tell me I needed to notify them in writing 30 days prior to my intended date of suspension. When I asked why that early, he condescendingly said that I should have read the agreement before investing such a lot of money. When I asked him where I needed to mail the letter, he asked me if I was gonna pay the next due payment. When I said it was not due yet, and that that is for me to worry about, I just needed him to give me the address, he refused initially. After a lot of begging, he gave me the address, but said they would not receive my request for suspension until I paid the next payment, which was due two days after the time of our conversation. When we hang up, I called my credit card company to find out that while I was on the phone with him, he made an unauthorized charge. 4 days later, when I called my credit card company to dispute the charge, I learnt that two charges were made: one that he made that I already mentioned above, and another one on the previously scheduled date. I just cannot believe a company of con artists / thieves can be allowed to operate in the USA. We need a class action suit against such companies. We need to contact our respective congressmen and congresswomen to look in to the matter for possible banning from respective states. Other potential victims, beware for later you cannot say you weren't informed!
