No the Issue was not resolved he had the car for so long the lienholder when to his shop to pic up the car as isit was still not repairedin the state of the last pictures I sent The insurance company is looking to see where he cashed the check so we can file criminal charges. And we are receiving letters from the lienholder saying we are responsible for 23,cost of the car plus late feesI believe this shop is still doing business I don't know how *** ***Licensed Sales Professional

I am rejecting this response because: AS OF 09/01/2017 I still don have my car. he has forged a check from the insurance company. And the pictures are from a week ago after him having it since May

12/6/17 10:04 Called consumer and left a vm12/6/17 10:22am They still have my car.  My car was repossessed.  The car wasn't fixed.

All the info that was given is not 100 percent accurate . I am going to finish the vehicle correctly and I will reimburse the remaining balance of the rental fees within the next 2 weeks.
