I absolutely couldn't be happier and more satisfied with where we are and where we have agreed to go. I really appreciate your involvement but Mr. U[redacted] and I can take it from here.  Thank you.

Revdex.com Case #[redacted]
Mr. [redacted] purchased the [redacted] from my dealership, as he says, but, the events are not the way he described. On the 27th...

of November we sent paperwork to Mr. [redacted]'s credit union, on a totally different unit that he wanted to purchase. His credit union denied the loan. He was ultimately approved by his credit union on the vehicle he now possesses. We have signed and dated contracts with Mr. [redacted] on December 1, 2015. Yes, we had to send the paperwork 9-10 times, because he kept claiming he didn't get the papers. Finally, on December 9, 2015 Mr [redacted] signed and faxed us the paperwork. I have copies of the paperwork he finally sent and the fax receipts showing the date and time stamp. Yes, we have been paid for the car by Mr. [redacted]'s credit union. If, we had not been paid, he would not be in possession of the car. The reason the vehicle has not yet been titled, as we have explained to Mr. [redacted], is the STATE OF TEXAS has not sent us the title. It was originally sold, by us, to a Mr. [redacted]. The day we went to title the car to Mr. [redacted], the bank notified us of a fraudulent item on Mr. [redacted] application and thus they were not going to fund the deal. Therefore, I never delivered the car to Mr. [redacted]. We applied for a new title to be issued from the STATE of Texas and we are awaiting its arrival. Once we receive it, the car will be titled, per the titling instructions provided by his credit union.
Mr [redacted] refers to his trade, the Kia. We had to go get this Kia at another dealership where he was trying to do business. They said Mr. [redacted] was a scam artist and they refused to release his car to us, until we paid them $300. We paid the $300, which Mr. [redacted] still owes me, and got the Kia as he requested. I have not paid off the loan on the Kia because, of this situation. Mr [redacted] called another dealer, Express Car Sales, to buy another car and trade in the [redacted]. THis only a week after he bought it. We have not even had time to finish the paperwork or get it tiltled. It really doesn't matter to us if he trades it in anyway, but, the other dealer wont do it without the registration. Now, that he had issues with the other dealer, and starts all these issues with us and starts threatening attorneys, it raises further red flags. I have been in this business 26 years and when there is smoke, there is fire. Why is Mr. [redacted] trading in his car for the third time in 2 months? Is it because he doesn't want to make payments and thinks he can just keep rolling into new cars? Is this a scam, as another dealer suggested? Even if I had the title from the state on the 9th, when HE RETURNED his paperwork, the state would not be able to release a title. It's just not enough time. Mr. [redacted] also claimed to be a coach for the Memphis Grizzlies NBA team. We have searched their website and he is not listed anywhere on there.
I am not paying off his Kia trade until the [redacted] title is issued
I will GLADLY refund his CREDIT UNION the money they sent us, BUT, I first must have my [redacted] back in my possession, with no damage and no additional miles.
I can provide documentation of every email sent to Mr. [redacted], the paperwork, the dated faxes, etc...
I can also provide any and all documentation from the STATE of Texas to support ALL of my statements
I can also provide documentation supporting all the events that I listed, as they pertain to the previously attempted sale, of said [redacted], to Mr. [redacted]. Had Mr [redacted] known what he was saying, and not listening to the advice of others, he would know that the STATE of Texas will verify that the title filed for Mr. [redacted], was well in advance of any paperwork or arrangement were made and/or represented to Mr. [redacted], (if that is truly his name)
PLEASE- direct ALL communications through me
thank you

Mr [redacted] and I have been speaking via email and over the phones since the first email you sent. Since that time, we have established a great relationship. I have offered to buy his car back or taie it on trade. We have been in constant contact. I believe this issue has been and will be resolved to Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction. Also, I was mistaken in my first response about Mr. [redacted] and his employment by the Memphis Grizzlies....thank youPS: Dear Revdex.com- please use my email address and not my salesman's, so I can get the responses and information from the Revdex.com immediately......
