to each accusation and clarify what really took place on March
We received the work order on X-at 12:51pm and scheduled our arrival to the appointment for X-between 3:00pm and 5:00pm(HSA Home Warranty recommends the service should be preformed within hours after being contacted.) We arrived within the scheduled time window and professionally completed the job by 5:00pm on 3-23-It took a total of days to get hot water running again from the time the plumber was contacted to the time I repaired the problem
Upon arrival, I had mentioned that we had a very difficult time finding the house and that an address posted nearer to the house would have helped tremendouslyIf I was too direct and offended your husband, I sincerely apologizeThe use of profanity, including the, is a completely and unfounded accusation to my character and what *** Electric stands forI personally do not use profanity on the job, at home, or under any other circumstance, which my coworker can testify to (who was present during the time of service)I do not look highly upon individuals who resort to such demeaning languageAs for your claim that I had not called to ask for additional directions to the house, I showed your husband my call log with calls made within minutes from my cell phone to his phoneThroughout my time at your house, I had only met and spoke with your husband
I am very puzzled to why so much detail of what really took place was left out, and instead, a number of accusations of my actions have been posted in your complaintIf you were unhappy with the completed repair and wished to receive your deductible back, it would have been much simpler indicating so at the time of serviceI am aware of the inconvenience that the loss of hot water for a total of days, from the time the plumber was contacted to the time I repaired the problem, may have caused you and your husband, and I apologize for this inconvenience

Since we filed the complaint we have had another company come back (via HSA Warranty) because the hot water heater was still not working (*** Electric did NOT test for hot water after they "fixed" the problem.) They found an issue with the "heating element" and the water heater was completely replaced with a new one*** Electric did not fix the problem and was unprofessional on so many levelsWe stand by our complaint
