I purchased a BMW from this dealer with the primary understanding that I wanted an extended warranty and would pay cash for it I put $15K down on the car and paid $cash for the extended warranty A few months later I needed to use my warranty and after getting the run around from Houston Direct Auto I was finally given a bogus warranty form I called the warranty company and found out that my extended warranty was not issued because the car had a lemon title on it, which I was not informed of when I made the purchase Houston Direct Auto did not inform me of any of this and kept my $ When I asked for the funds to be returned they refused I took them to small claims court and won a settlement of over $5K and they have still not paid it I now have to hire an attorney to collect the fundsThis dealership is a scam I would never recommend them or trust them and do not recommend buying anything from them
I saw a nissan 350 Z on their website..looked very clean and nice on the web. Went to look at it in person. The car was disgusting in person. The salesman agreed. Went up on the price from call to actually showing up 10,900 to 11,600. Tried to hide two accidents after insisting on looking at the carfax. The lot was small, cramped and dirty. Would not reccomend going or trading with this dealership!
