*** *** our Optical Manager called Mr*** on 1/and left a voice message for Mr***. We were attempting to resolve his issue with a 10% discount. We have yet to hear from Mr*** to see if this offer is satisfactory or not. We feel we have tried to resolve this issue in a timely manner.Houston Eye Associates

This issue has been resolved and a new billing statement has been issued to reflect the correct visit feesThe original quote of $was accurate, and the wife did pay this amount at the time of serviceThe husband paid part of this amount, with the remainder submitted to
