I spoke with Mrs[redacted] I told her as a curtesy I would come in on Tuesday to lay her edges downI told her to come at 9:I arrived at 9am because I had a client to serviceI was there for my client at 9am I also service a 2nd clientMrs[redacted] still had not arrive I gave her a call no answer Around 12pm she leaves me a message saying she was upset she waited on me since 8am! I reached out to her asking her why she didn't not call me or a wee her phone because I called her her response was "oh I left my phone at home" I asked her why would you travel that far alone without a phone to call anytycould have happened to you! She also said I waited until round 930am and no one was thereI told her that's not true I was there serving another client I said to Mrs[redacted] why didn't you walk up the stairs she tells me I wasuwalmkng back up the stairs to see if anyone was thereI told he had you walkedAck up the stairs you would have seen that the salon was open and we was servicing other clientsNot only that I asked why would you show up at 8am when your appointment was for 9:30amI reached out to her several times within the time fram of her appointmentI did not service her offered to Correct the problem and I also offered her a discount for the trouble she went throughI do t know why she would contact Revdex.com all she had to do was show up at 9:the original time of her appointment not 8am and walk back up the stairs and receive her serviceOnce again I will contact her to resolve this issue but by no means are we at fault for her not walking up the stairs and leaving her phone at homeI feel that a simple phone call from her while she was in the parking lot would have resolved the issue
