In regards to my complaint and in lieu of the time that has past since the one year items should have been resolved (12/14/13), I am referring back to my original complaint which includes many outstanding items that were not addressed in Trinity's response I have already attempted to resolve many of my issues with Trinity's Warranty Department for the past year, which is one year already past when the items should have been addressed ( Our original walk through with [redacted] was March 29th, and another with [redacted] in April of 2014, with our first contact with Trinity concerning the walk through being October 29, 2013, per our contract) This is the primary reason as to why the Revdex.com has been invited to assist in resolving this issue in a way that is timely and fair In responding please respond to all specific issues and with dates for my review As previously, stated I have taken off of work, rearranged my calendar and have made special arrangements only to have contractors (Trinity employees) not show up, work part of the time, promise to return and didn't, or simply denied repairs that were deemed necessary by Trinity representatives I am requesting that any need to enter the home by Trinity or their subcontractors be scheduled only on the same day or even two days and not one day per repair, as I am not paid when I am not at work Nor do I have time any longer to entertain a large window of time spread across several days for several companies Considering all involved I think it would be best, at the end of the repairs for a Trinity representative and myself to have a final repair walk through as a way to have both sides confirm all work has been completed to everyone's satisfaction The outstanding list is as follows: 3rd Floor Restroom sink/cabinet detaching from the wall Several bank of steps detaching from the wall The constant back up in the kitchen sink/3rd Restroom sink (previously) addressed by plumber who after hearing we were well past our year denied repair unless paid by homeowner However, [redacted] stated they will repair, they are obligated to) Huge knick in granite countertops Kitchen Cabinet/Counterop that moves considerably when drawers and cabinets are closed as well as when it is walked past (previously addressed by ***) Leaking basement block/waterproofing line raised and considerable gap in grout/concrete block near window that allows water, air, etc to enter our basement. In responding to the complaint, we ask that each item be addressed, with that, how Trinity would like to repair each item and by whom for my review I believe a reasonable time frame, considering the fact that Trinity has been delinquent in their handling of the items before, would be business daysBased on the dates above ( prior contact, walk throughs, etc) and the many promises I think that most would agree that we have been more than patient and accommodating during this almost one and a half year process And we would simply like Trinity to do the same on behalf of their customer I look forward to working with the Revdex.com and Trinity in the next coming days to finally resolve this matter We want nothing more than a whole house and to give Trinity the time they need to focus on their current business and not things of the past Have a wonderful day! Regards, [redacted]

Not just drop sod? [redacted] ***

My apologies Our company policy is not to install steps when the overall rise exceeds 42" However, after further investigation, we believe our sales staff may have misinformed our customer about this and so we are preparing purchase order for lumber and labor to install a 3xstoop with steps to grade within the next two weeks.thank youJim P [redacted]

Good Evening,Revdex.com:I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] This acceptance is contingent upon successful receiving of $deposit from the business. As per MrJim response to the complaint on 11/07/16, deposit was mailed on 11/07/but it had been almost days and I have not received anything in the mail yet.I will keep this complaint open until we receive the deposit

Trinity did respond to my complaint about a month ago by sending all the servicemen needed to address every issue With the exception of my waterproofing in the basement I was told by Trinity that it was best to wait to get that addressed when the weather turns warmer consistently I plan on doing that However, if the waterproofing company does not respond as they did before, I would like to reserve the ability to reopen the complaint as it was Trinity's responsibility under the year warranty to ensure their contractor complied with their promises made to customer I will not do as Trinity stated before "track them down," because they respond don't respond to them either This is Trinity's issue not mine It does not become the homeowner's issue until after the 1st year Due to Trinity's inability at the time to honor the year walk through and repairs, they have previously promised in email to fix everything even though it was well after the one year mark With that being said, I am highly impressed with the service provided by the men sent to repair my home All three were extremely helpful and addressed everything They asked if there was anything else needed to be fixed and made sure I saw and signed off on every repair I am very grateful for this level of service It did not go unnoticed Thank you

The sight supervisor has been in contact with the homeowner and is addressing the exterior paint clean up and a couple of other items that were weather permittingAll items will be completed this week

Once again MrP [redacted] shows complete lack of knowledge with the problems and concernsThese are not punch list itemsThey are not warranty issuesThe painting was never done correctly in the first placeIt was never completedThere should not be bare areas of wood on the exterior of the home [redacted] visited our home the week of May 23rdHe asked that the same painters (the same company) be allowed to return to fix the problemI told him that was not an optionThe painting company that painted the trim in our home sprayed the driveway (which is still not cleaned), sprayed dirt into the trim, missed huge sections of interior and exterior trim, and dripped paint on walls that had been finish coatedWe have been sharing the same information with every Trinity representative we have spoken or corresponded withWe shared this with the salesman, the job superintendent, two vice-presidents, and now the president of the companyWe paid for a professional, quality paint job for our homeWe did not get thatWe brought these concerns to Trinity over the course of the last six monthsTrinity takes weeks to respond to an email and then passes the problem along to another employeeThe most recent example is [redacted] He emailed me on May 27th and told me that I would hear from them "this coming week"Three times in his email he said that we would hear from them in the coming weekThat was three weeks agoWe still cannot seal our driveway because it is not cleanedThe wood trim around the house is soaking up water because it has not been painted in large sections[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I never asked to be first I never expected to be first I did, however, expect fairness Your Vice President sent me an email clearly stating that homes would be sodded and seeded in the order they closed, yet we watched two homes that closed after us be taken care of before us (before we even complained) This is poor service I also want to make clear that we do now have sod--AFTER we filed this complaint and retained our attorney for this matter Most importantly, the laying of the sod and seed took place AFTER THE DEADLINE as stated in our escrow sheet received at closing We were outside the contract! Perhaps [redacted] was unaware of this matter, which could have been perused under the Consumer Protection Act PLEASE make certain [redacted] reads this--he needs to know what is going on in his company Regards, [redacted] ***

Good afternoon I as responding to a complaint from one of our customers, [redacted] Our production department is working with Mr [redacted] to correct his painting concerns Trinity Homes has multiple painters and punchout personnel available to complete the corrections to our standards, that which we represent in our model homes Hopefully we can have the portion of these items that remain accomplished soon As always, our intent is to deliver the product that was promisedWe do not make monetary concessions to customers to quell complaints, because ultimately the issues remain unresolved.SincerelyJim P [redacted]

good morning Sorry for the delay, I wanted to interview the site superintendents and contractors before responding here is what I have determined, and what we are willing to do Thanks for you assistance with this matterFront door paint scratch; This item was not on the buyers Final Orientation List Vice President, Mark V***, met at the buyers home a week or so ago Superintendent believes the door was marred when the customer was moving furniture into the home IF customer would like, I would be willing to repaint the door?Columns not completed; when Mark V [redacted] met customers at home, a smudge was wiped off of the column with a rag Superintendent believes this corrected the issue?Great room UPPER transom window missing pc of trim; this was undetectable at the final walk apparently the trim carpenter forgot to install the bottom pc of window stop and everyone missed it Superintendent told the customer we could address it at the month, but if they prefer, we can do it now?Drywall mud in bathroom; superintendent concedes he was told about this prior to closing and forgot to scrape off a quarter sized drywall blob, this can be handled now or a the month serviceLeak at tub Plumbing contractor visited the home on 7/and tightened the overflow on the tub The contractor believes that this remedied the problemNote: Both the Plumbing Contractor and Electrical Contractor have been in business for 20+ years Both have a great reputation with local municipal mechanical inspectors, and 99% of the time pass their rough and final inspections on the first time Our customers are entitled to a year warranty on all mechanical systems, and we stand behind their work 100%.thank YouJim P [redacted]

Good Morning,Trinity Home Builders LLC contracted with [redacted] *** to build these condos Trinity Homes does not have a contract with [redacted] *** that being said, Trinity Homes has responded to Mr [redacted] in a timely and friendly manner at every turn We have had an unfortunate situation with our drywall contractor, who's father in law was unexpectedly killed. However, Mr [redacted] is aware that multiple contractors, including the superintendent are scheduled to be at his home this thursday am to do additional repairs and touchups, with the painter following up friday morning.as for the "dirty carpets", Mr [redacted] enters his home through the garage and rear alley this alley have catch basins the basins have dandy bags on them as required by the City of Columbus Soil erosion inspection officer We police the alley weekly and have powerwashed it often, out of respect for all of the residents Yesterday, we were able to remove the dandy bags, thus eliminating water backup in the alley.Once carpet was installed in each of the ten residences, my superintendent and myself, either put on boot protection or remove our shoes upon enteringWe will not be responsible for residents walking into their units with muddy feet
