His reputation throughout Lafayette according to other area lender's is that he is capable but disconnected. We eventually had to extend our contract and go with another lender.
I was scheduled to close 1/29. My closing period was 45 days, so the issues that they encountered were issues that weren't seen until the day before.
The issues ranged from Executive Mortgage issuing us an "Est. Hud -1" that over estimated the amount to close by $20,000 more than what was quoted.
Other issues involved [redacted] asking for documents that he previously received 2 weeks earlier.
Don't expect to Executive Mortgage or [redacted] to be proactive. If you need a status update the week of closing you have to call or text.
