Thank you for your quick response I appreciate that you're going to review the ticket. I'm a locksmith and my vehicle is needed for any and all jobs that I do so I would never park somewhere where I thought I could possibly get towed away at because without my car I can't make money.

Aloha [redacted]---   I wanted to reach out to you in reference to the complaint that we received from the Revdex.com. This was in regards to the Music Paystation at [redacted]. I tried to reach you last Thursday 10/26 by phone, and left a message on your voicemail to discuss this...

incident with you. I wanted to first of all apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. To give you some background information, we are contracted through the [redacted] to provide gate operations at the booths on campus both at Upper and Lower Campus, and also to collect from their Paystations. Unfortunately, Diamond Parking’s Operating Agreement with ** does not include repair and/or replacement of any machines which are out of order, those decisions are made by **. When this machine stopped working the [redacted] was notified and they are currently working on a solution to this problem. In regards to the citations, I have passed your comments along to ** Commuter Services since we do not have anything to do with fines/citations. I did speak with Commuter Services about your citation and they said that it had been appealed and that they had reduced the fine to the price of parking when you were there which was $6. Since the fee hasn’t been paid as of yet, there was also a $10 late fee which was incurred. I am rejecting this response because:I did receive an email on Monday, 02/06/2017 as well as Tuesday, 02/07/2017, which I am very grateful for.  As of today, Monday, 02/13/2017, I have not yet received the refund, but am certain I will in the next few days. I would like to add that I did notify the company on 11/23/2016 that I did not receive a refund, thus having resent what was requested again.  I again followed-up on 12/12/2016 as I still did not receive the refund, but did not hear back, thus made a phone call on 12/22/2016 and having sent another email on 12/22/2016, providing my address again.  Due to these reasons, I would appreciate having this remain open until I receive the refund, if at all possible.  I also would like to add that for some unusual reason, the white label "NO CHANGE GIVEN" which is literally across the machine, was not there that evening.  I also have a witness who did not see the sign either, as we were both looking everywhere for one. I know it may sound as though I am being dishonest, but honestly, I would not have filed any concerns/complaints for $8 if this were truly my own fault.Again, I truly am grateful for their response as they could have easily denied my request for a refund.  Thank you. Sincerely,

I found no barricades and would not go somewhere that was restricted. I am grateful that I no longer have to pay a fine. [redacted] Complaint Details On 4-5-16 at 7:15 PM, I went to the [redacted] to visit my friend [redacted] who lives in Apartment [redacted]. I inserted a $5 bill into the slot for stall [redacted] which gave me over 4 hours to stay. He was there when I placed the money in the slot. The bogus aspect with this method is there is no way to verify or confirm that a payment was placed in the slot since you cannot get a receipt. I returned an hour later and left. A week later, as I went into my car to start it, I noticed a blue crumpled paper shoved under my hood, below the wipers where the windshield meets. It was a ticket for $40. Your employees are either stealing from you or there is some kind of deception going on here. I went back to try to locate who Checker [redacted](I assume this is the person who issued the ticket) and noticed that the steel slots where I placed my money were gone and instead they now had an electronic ticket machine that replaced it. I assume it's because you have dishonest employees stealing the money and hiding tickets under the hood from legitimate,paying customers so they don't see they were issued a ticket. I've lived in Hawaii for 4 years and never had any kind of ticket whatsoever. Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Contact by the business I would like this ticket dismissed and my name and license plate number removed from your tow list.
