they advertised free estimate for the pluming service, and they gave me a choice to for one hour service for $69.99 or a free estimate from 12 noon to 5 pm, my choice was free estimate. when the technician came told me to run a camera to find out why there is a blockage, and $299.99 and it is going to be toward the price and when he told me it will cost $2299.99 to fix it I refused and he required the $299.99. I had to pay it. I called [redacted] services and they fix the problem for $548.00 include the running the camera before and after the work to make sure it is clear. I call john Moore to refund my money and I talked to [redacted] and he refused. this company ( John Moore ) greedy nothing more. they said free estimate nothing but visual estimate, but how can they estimate the truth without looking in the matter. the take advantage of the people.
