I stopped by for an oil changeThey inspected my brake liningsI declined brake serviceWhen I went to take the tires off the next day, of the lug nuts were over-torqued (exceeding ft-lbs) and the lug studs broke, posing a safety issueWhen I confronted AutoNation Honda in Las Vegas, the service tech lied and said the wheels were not removed(I personally watched a reputable tire store torque them to ft-lbs just one week beforeI am confident AutoNation Honda are the ones who overtorqued the wheels)I gave them the service department the opportunity to be honestI caught them in a lie It is clear to me that because I chose not to have the additional service done, the lube tech quickly threw the lugs back on with an impact wrench (it was end of the day on a Saturday), causing $of damage ($per wheel, as wheel bearings have to be replaced as part of replacing the lug studs) Do yourself a favor and avoid this oneThey are sloppy and do not make good on th

This guy is a complete liarHe sold me a service for satellite internet that the company does not even offerTold me it woukd cost 59.99moNo data limits, speeds of 25/and that there was a day trial to cancel if I was not satisfied
The service he sold me was exede internet and they dont even offer a plan compareable to his claimsI was given a 10gb plan speeds of 12mbs and once you go over the 10gb they lower thd speed to 1-5mbs which is not even usableWhen I called exede to cancel this service they informed me rhere was no day trial period and that it would cost me to cancel
It wound up costing me the first month of a service for just a few days of usageI spent ober an hour on the phone just to avoid paying a cancelation fee
