We did not approve an agreement or accept a deposit from Mr*** ***. We do not have an agreement that has been mutually signed We pride ourselves in superior custom services and always meet with prospective customers, especially in a Business to Business environment to not only
introduce ourselves, but to better understand the type and scope of their business as well. There were communication concerns from the beginning with Mr***. He would not meet with us or talk directly; texting was our only means of communication and he said he need gutters installed right away. This was my first concern. There was confusion on the start date as well as securing his business address and deposit to complete and approve the agreement I was able to set a face to face meeting at the house in need of gutters after three weeks with Mr*** to see if I could get a better feel for the business relationship, the scope of his business and accept the deposit had the meeting gone well. When I could not get a positive business impression, I told him that we would not approve the agreement or accept his deposit

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response from Nobly Handyman is 100% lies.  1.  We do indeed have a contract.  They emailed me a contract, I signed the contracted, scanned it, and returned it to them.  I will gladly provide a copy of our contract to the Revdex.com.  2.  He doesn't have a deposit ONLY because when he finally agreed to a set time to meet for me to give him the deposit, that is when he said he wasn't going to do the job.  The check was already written, it was even handed to him, but he handed it back after he had me meet him half way across down, early in the morning, and on the weekend just to tell me that they weren't going to do the job.  If they didn't want to do the job, why waste my time to come out there, they could have just texted me or called me.  3.  They never once asked to meet me prior to attempting to drop off the deposit.  There was never once a request of any sort to meet.  Regardless, we met, and he refused to do the job, so that point is ignorance.  4.  If he had ANY concerns whatsoever about texting being our main method of communication, then he failed to ever mention that even one single time.  I don't need to be there for him to do a quote.  That's just a huge waste of time.  5.  He never once asked to meet me in person, so saying that is why he canceled our contract is a complete lie.  According to him, he canceled the contract because his working didn't feel safe in that neighborhood, which is also another lie.  He also told me that his workers were there the previous week to start work but they didn't tell me when they were going to be there so they couldn't get inside to use the power.  Had they bothered to let me ever know they were starting the job then I would have met them out there to let them in.  He is telling me one set of stories as to why he didn't do the job, and now he is telling the Revdex.com a completely different set of stories.  Obviously, this guy is a habitual liar.  If he couldn't honor or written contract (that he lied about even having), because I didn't meet with him, then why did we meet FACE TO FACE on the day they were supposed to start, but instead informed me that they weren't going to do the job.  That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.  Everything he has said in his response from beginning to end is false.  THeir company has had the WORSE customer service I have ever seen.
