My name is George M***, I a, the owner of G&A Tax Service. I have received a letter concerning a complaint of advertising from a client by the name of *** ***. Miss *** filed her taxes at one of my offices and
complained that she was being over charged and was not aware of the charges that were coming out of her return. My associate that filed her return told me that he was upfront about her charges and she signed our bank documents stating what she was chargedI have attached those signed documents to this email. Miss *** also has copies of the same documents. I do not know where the miscommunication came from but I tried to help miss *** to the best of my abilityThank you
