I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
It's been five days since they responded to my complaint and still no action has been taken to resolve any of the issues I have with the apartmentIf they really wanted to have their tenants happy they would have already contacted me about the issues or sent someone to resolve themI'm not looking for a good "educated" response to my complaintI want actions! I filed this complaint but I also have knowledge that most of the other tenants and my surrounding neighbors are not happy with their apartments either and some have even complained that they have mold in their unitsI'm also not happy with their response since they didn't address how they were going to resolve the issues on my apartmentReally bad maintenance and office personnel that is not worried about "customer satisfaction"
