They need to replace and reinstall (at their expense) these blinds as I was not given the option to place the blinds where I wanted them. Houston Window Fashions is one of few companies in the Houston area that employs Certified Lutron technicians as it is a huge investment in cost for this sales and installation training for Lutron products and we employ two of them.
Both of our Certified Lutron technicians have investigated this job site and found that all products were properly ordered, installed, and all products are completely up to spec, building and industry codes.
Houston Window Fashions regrets that this client is not satisfied with the above and wishes that something could be done to satisfy this particular client.
