I [redacted] am not in agreement with the response from Mr [redacted] He says that I did not allow him to repair the problem with the motor of the [redacted] Sentra He tried to fix the problem three timeshe took the car in July of and delivered it to me on 12/13/and weeks later he took it for a second time since because he was not perfect and commits mistakesOn that occasion he left the motor leaking oilAfter that it was supposedly the noise it was making was fixedsix to eight weeks later he takes it for a third time because it was making the same noise on the side of the timing beltOn that instance, we made an agreementIf this time the problem was not fixed 100%, he would no longer attempt to fix the motor and only a different mechanic would do the job and he would return a certain amount of money or I would seek legal optionsWe signed a document after the car was giving me problems I sent him messages and he came to see the problem, He told me the spark plugs had no sparkHe then verbally told me that if it was the motor he would refund my money because if something doesn't get successfully repaired in three attempts, he would not be able to fix itI had another mechanic come over and he did see a spark I took a video and sent it to him via video message to prove it did have sparkSince Mr [redacted] did not accept to pay the $ 1,per our signed agreement I now believe he should be made responsible to return the money paid in its totality for the inferior services performed --

In June of 2013, Mr .*** *** and myself made an agreement for the repair of
a *** Sentra Motor 2.5.
We made the agreement without first uncovering the motorWhen I opened up the motor, I found that the timing belts were incorrectly installed and the camshaft were damaged in addition the valves were twistedThis was not part of the agreementI then let Mr*** know that this is at extra costI told him to bring the vehicle so he could see what was going onHe gives me money to buy the partsAll this Mr*** saw with his own eyes.
What was damaged and was not part of the initial price had gave himKnowing Mr*** wouldn't like the additional work since it was an expensive motorIt took time to get all the damaged parts and he was aware of everything.
Once we had all the parts, I put together the motor, put it in the car, once I test the car, I realize the transmission does not workI call Mr*** to come and look, we reached an agreement to fix the transmission for the amount of $dollarsOnce finished, I turned over the car to him.
He immediately called me to tell me the car had turned off on himI told him to keep driving the vehicle like that and to call me if it happened againHe called me a week after telling me the car was not good and had no strengthI went to check it and it was the catalytic converter that was pluggedI told him to fix it, then call me to see what happenedHe called me days later saying that everything was good and the car ran like normal.
He used the vehicle for some days, maybe a week or twoI don't recall very wellHe then calls me and tells me that the car had been leaking all the oil and that he was stranded on the freewayI told him to take the car home and I would go there to pick it up since I was out of SacramentoWhen I pick up the carI check it and in effect find it had no oilI put oil in it and got it to runThe car was totally neglectedI had to take down the motor a second time.
When I took the crankshaft and the block to get checked outI was told none of them workedI had to buy a completely new block, rings and metals, once againI returned the vehicle to him in the month of MarchWhen I returned the car, the radiator was broken from the top portionI informed Mr*** of this and do not know when he actually changed it outIn addition, he also needed to have done two oil changes minimumPassing this in December, he sent me a message, telling me that the car struggled to turn onI returned the call, but he did not answerAnother week passed and he sends me another messageI call him back again and he does not answerWhen I finally established communication.
He told me the car would not startWe agreed on a day to check it out and he could get a batteryWhen I try to start the car it intends to start but since I did not take the necessary toolsWe agreed to check out the vehicle the following dayWhen I checked the compressionI find it is low in compression there was no spark in the plugsI told him I had to check out the vehicle to find the reason why there was no sparkHe then lets me know, he no longer wants me to work on his vehicle because he had somebody else check it out and the chain had jumped some linksI told him that he needed to have spark to find out what was wrong with the vehicle.
He proposed we take the vehicle for diagnosticI told him yesWe agreed on a day to go but on that same night he sends me a video where it looks like there is a spark but I did not answerOn the agreed upon day to take the vehicle to the diagnostic, I called him like at in the morning and he told me he had already taken it to a repair shop and he wanted his money backI don't know what happened with the carWe had an agreementI do not know what money he wants since he did not give me the chance to see what happened with the motorAll he told me is that he would see me in court

Mr*** is not in agreement with meI only want to know, why he did not let me open up the motor to know what the actual problem wasTo see why the motor lost compressionHe flatly refused to let me uncover the motorA job done bad does not last months, which is what the car lastedIn addition, to this, everytime I took the car I extended the time to respect his one year warrantyI only want to know the reason why he did not let me open up the motorHe also did not fulfill his part of the agreement that both of us would go get a professional diagnosticHe told me he was not going to be waiting for me and did not know anything else after thatAn inferior repair, like he calls it, does not last eight monthsI repeat once again, the car needed to have oil changes done, minimumwhen he took the vehicle, the radiator was broken, for some reason the car lost compression and he did not let me investigate
