At first my over the phone experience was great with Mr. [redacted] and he worked with me on a moving date, however when the movers came out only one of them was in uniform and the other two were much older didn't have any type of professionalism about their attire. They started off getting all of our things out of storage and that took them 2 hrs for a 2 bd apartment. we only lived about 6 min down the street from the storage and instead of coming straight there they were lagging behind. Finally they get there and there's one that's super friendly. Almost too friendly to the point to when I walked in the house behind them after they were moving the table in the dining room when I walked in his had was inside of my personal bag on our counter. I asked him what was he doing and he joked about it and said I thought you bought me something to eat. I called the company [redacted] answered and just told the head mover to talk to him and that was it. by this time we are at four hours. I told [redacted] I waned them out of my house they started moving carelessly with our belongings and thats when one of them dropped the TV on the truck. The head mover Cory said he told them to wrap it up and they didn't and that the other two were new to excuse them and that he would take care of the report of the deep scratch on the TV. I followed up with [redacted] about the claim and he asked me to send in pictures in which I did so and I heard nothing back. I called them about a month later and [redacted] said that usually they go by the pound which means only about $18 for my now broken TV to be replaced but they will honor $100 I told him but the Tv is worth at least $200 he argued with me on what the TV was worth and what they were going to settle on. Finally I agreed, however I just wanted a statement that read what we agreed on and [redacted] refused to give me this information in black and white. I asked if there was anybody else that I could speak to he said yes the claims department. I asked for the ext. or direct phone number for them he refused to give me the number and said he'll transfer me. Of course the call went right back to him and I never heard from them till this day.

[I recently received a phone call from the company, well after the allotted time for company to respond to Revdex.com. I accepted their verbal apology. They tried to address a few of the issues with a small compensation. My intention was not to close the complaint after that conversion & offer. I do not need this tiny compensation. I want to keep the complaint open & also allow the complaint to be visible to all potential customers.]
