fixing her issues that she was facing with the computer, She called very next day and started asking for refund, We asked for a reason which she did not come up with
She said she has *** service and she does not need us to provide any service to her(which was already provided, as she asked for)After a long discussion she threatened the representativeShe said she will call FBI and Revdex.com and will report us as bad company and we do senior abuse
One of the manager decided to cancel the service and email was sent to billing team and we cancelled the service and we did not charge anything to herShe could check with the bank
Please let us if you want us to provide any more evidence to prove and give more clarity on this caseWe being company tries to make sure to make all of our customer happy

We have received a complaint from you about one of our customer ([redacted]) and we feel we have some misunderstanding. We were ready to refund the money from the beginning when...
refund was asked by customer.
We requested for one time repair service charge (One Time Service + Antivirus =$99.00) which they were not agreed on and they said they will call back later after they will discuss together.
On 03/28/2016, We received a call from Discover (Credit Card Provider) and we were told by Credit Card Company that Mr. [redacted] is in early onset dementia Before we were not told by his son or by him. And We informed bank that we are cancelling the charge and his account which we did on the same call and given a transaction number([redacted]) to the bank representative.
We have attached copy of cancellation the Service/Charge. Please let us know if we shall share more information to resolve this concern.
