I have attached the “Cleaning Checklist” which you’ll see that the items listed from [redacted] were on the list of what needed to be cleaned I looked on the chesheet prior to making the security deposit returning paperwork and they did not note any items left within the kitchen area On the vacating instructions it states, “Remember that if it is necessary for our staff or hired contactors to clean, paint, address carpet stains or odors, or to do any follwork in your apartment, deductions will be made to your security deposit”, which it was Their leased ended on August 31st (at noon) and a couple days prior to the 31st I received a phone call from [redacted] wondering if there would be anyway to stay until August 3rd (atnoon) I had to confirm with our contractors to make sure that they would be able to switch days, since I had already made plans for them to come August 31st after noon I told [redacted] that it would be fine for she and Mike to stay until August 3rd (at noon) and to call MG&E and tell them to read the meter on the 3rd of August instead of July 31st I could have charged them rent for those days, but we didn’t Thank you, ***
