Review: I have had a very difficult time obtaining assistance with my warranty issue. I Contacted Hoven for assistance with Sunglasses purchased 2 yrs ago on 2/25/13. Only to recieve automated responses that was not very informative and referred me to contact [redacted]@hovenvision.com After two more emails on 3/11 and 3/25 to confirm if glasses would be covered requesting a actual response rather than automated response. I finally received a response on 3/30/13 Noted below from [redacted] Please note I am no longer working with Hoven sunglasses. However, these are the steps you must take to process your warranty claim.Thank you for your email. Most likely your answer will be found below,please read carefully.Q: What is your Warranty Policy?PLEASE NOTE: HOVEN DOES NOT WARRANTY OR REPLACE SCRATCHED LENSES.HOVEN products are made with the best materials available inaccordance with the highest standards in quality second to none. Allshades made under the HOVEN mark are guaranteed against fault inmaterials and workmanship.If your shades are damaged as a result of a defect (our bad), we willgladly replace them at no extra charge. If the damage is not becauseof a defect (your bad), HOVEN will offer a replacement of the same orsimilar style at a reasonable charge.Your original pair will need to be sent back to our corporate office for inspection at:HovenAttn: Warranty[redacted]San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675Include:1. I have confirmation this was received on 4/10/2013. With no response I contacted Hoven again via phone several times which you can only reach vice mails. I have sent emails May 13, 18. And more phone calls most recent on 5/24 with No response.Desired Settlement: I would like a response with a explanation of the status of my warranty claim with either a replacement or my glasses returned.

Review: I returned a pair of Hoven sunglasses in mid-February 2013 for a warranty claim for defective materials. The claim was processed and an email forwarded to me on the 27th Feb 2013 detailing that the claim was 'pending approval'.
