I have never done business with this company, yet for the past three months they have consistently called and harassed my reception staff with sales calls. We have asked to be taken off of their call list and I (as the business owner) personally called to request that they stop calling. Despite this, we have continued to receive cold calls from their sales team.

attention. As a fellow small business
owner, I can certainly appreciate the interruption and frustration caused by
excessive marketing efforts. For this, I
am truly sorry. Such activity, while
well within FCC and NYSPSC regulations, is strictly against Hover Network’s SOPs
and is contradictory to our core values of excellence and compassion. Your experience helped us to uncover a glitch
in our marketing software that was not recognizing multiple entries for the
same business. Hover Networks has corrected
the software glitch and implemented strict guidelines, to include human
intervention, for the processing of any future “do not call” requests. We have also blocked access to dial your main

Hover Network is a place like no other. Everyone that works there is extremely respectful and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to sales and purchasing. I highly recommend Hover Networks for all services local and long distance.
