I returned a defective product over 1/months ago and still have not received my refund I received a hoverboard in June The product was defective I made arrangements with the company and shipped it back to them at my cost (47.00) They will not refund my money and say that they have not received it yet I have email verification from them saying they got it on June 17, at 11:50am They also sent an email asking if I wanted another one or a refund I selected a refund They will still not refund my money They are saying they didn't receive the defective one back, but I have proof with their email as well as the UPS tracking shipment I have called, emailed, and even had my credit card company try to handle it but I haven't gotten anywhere It is now August 31, and they have had the product back since June and I still do not have my $back

I paid in full hoverboard scooter in hoverboardxp.com in june 18th and receive only one , claim by phone and by email seriously times , at this time july 28th dont receive the another one or refund yet .out of patience complaint this fraude of company , now they off the webpage

I ordered a hover board for my daughter on June 23rd from the Hover Board xp websiteThey stated they were not one of the ones that had been recalledI paid $for the hover board with my debit cardThe order number was *** It was delivered on July 5thIt worked fine for two whole days then it started getting stuck in one position and the charger also stopped working.I emailed them to let them know and they said just to send it back since it was within the day return periodI ask them if they paid for return shipping since it was defective and they said I would be responsible for shipping it backI paid $to send it back and emailed them the tracking number as they had askedI waited a few days and tracked itThey received it back on July 22ndSo they have had it in their possession for whole weeksi have called
