We researched hoverboards for months before purchasing from this companyAfter my son had the board for two months, it stopped working properlyAfter going back and forth with the company for some time via email and sending pictures proving that the board was still in good shape, they FINALLY told me that we could fill out a warranty claimThis required an order numberWhen I emailed back, sent "live" chat messages, sent messages on facebook, continued to email AND call, to find out where to get the order number, I have not heard anything backI have been trying to reach this company since Mid AugustThey are not returning phone callsThey are not responding to emailsThey are not ANSWERING their phone during business hoursThey are not responding to Facebook messagesThe number listed on Revdex.com is disconnectedI have the phone number of 855.444.4585, but they never answer, it is going right to voicemailI don't believe they are going to honor the warrantyI don't even think they are still in business and I wonder if they are still taking orders, selling bad boards and choosing who to talk todo NOT purchase from them!
