I am rejecting *** ***'s response of Hovland's Heating and A/C, LLC, because I have not received the $refund for my service agreementWhile Mr*** has indicated the refund has been issued, as of Saturday, March 7, I have not received any such refundTherefore, I would like to be informed of when the check was printed, the check number, the date the check was mailed, and where the check was mailedI am requesting where the check was mailed because on several occasions, Mr*** has had my home address incorrectMy home address is: *** ** *** *** *** WI I was surprised and shocked by Mr***'s response, that after having been a loyal customer for five years, which has included the installation of a brand new heating and cooling system in the amount of almost $12,000, having had service agreements with them each year since, and having been told I would always be a priority customer, I have now learned that I am notThe day the furnace was not functioning properly, we had to place two phone calls, to finally be told at 1:PM they could not provide us with a service technician
