E-mail received indicating that plans were shipped on April
It is now May and plans are still not received
Phone # listed on website and on email confirmation is not in service
No response to multiple attempts to contact via email
I would either like the plans shipped overnight for receipt yet this week, or refund the $for plans never received

Review: I did an Internet order on October 30 for a set of plans, paid with my credit card, got an order confirmation email that said the order was paid and ready to ship and I would get another email when the plans shipped. The order number is [redacted]. I paid $10.95 for the plans, free shipping. I haven't gotten an email that the plans shipped, don't have the plans, have sent one email and left two voice mail messages asking when they will ship the plans and had no response.Desired Settlement: I need the plans so I can build the item, or I need my money back.

I couldn't get your reply system to work. I didn't get a refund, but I did get the plans I paid for. Thank you for following up.

Review: On 11/22/2013 I ordered Plan #GAR90013 from How To plans. They debited my checking account for the plan plus shipping in the amount of $68.90. I recieved an order confirmation #19562 and the order confirmation stated that it would be shipped out in 2-3 buisness days. As of 12-21-13 I still have not recieved the plans. All attempts to contact this buisness through their listed contact information have unsucessfull. Very unprofessional buisness and I recieved nothing for the $68.90 they took from me. This should have been a very simple transaction!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund or the plan that I orderded delivered immediatly. If they are a legitimate buisness and still want my buisness in the future they will give me a discount on the plan or refund me and send the plan free of charge.
