In the response from Howard Air it was stated that they would correct the issue ASAP, and they did just that and more.  I was contacted by the design engineer, Todd, and he spent 2 hours with me discussing the design and workmanship issues and made a video to highlight what was wrong and the steps needed to fix it.  We spoke a day later and he informed me that the the owner, Kevin H[redacted], had authorized upgrades to the duct work which would involve replacing the entire duct supply line, all of which at no additional cost to me as his way of demonstrating that he cares a great deal about their customers and the level of workmanship.  They sent out a 3 man crew from their custom home division on Tuesday of this week, the first day that I had available, and they had a beautiful new and well sealed rigid duct layout in place by the following afternoon.  While the system will still need to be balanced once I complete my home remodel and seal the open walls, their actions proved to me that they do care and that they really do take ownership of the systems they install.  I want to add, that each individual that I encountered during the project was very professional.  At no time, did I experience anything but a receptive attitude to my questions and concerns.  I wish to thank Howard Air and the individuals involved for resolving the issues.

Our apologies for any inconvenience...there are several factors that affect the 24/7 EMERGENCY service. Number 1 is, does customer have a second functioning unit if call is after hours when parts stores are closed. We do have record of the call: 5-29-17/Memorial Day (Customer called in 5-28-17...

through answering service at 10:15pm ---result - Fuses and capacitor failed. My Service Manager (Bruce) has tried to reach Mr. Jared R K[redacted] Bruce has left a voice mail for Mr. K[redacted] to call us. We utilize an answering service after hours and Holidays. It seems that the answering service may not have transferred the call to our "on-call" Technician. I would like more details so that we can address the issue as we do provide 24/7 service (defined as Emergency). Please have Mr. Jared R K[redacted] call Bruce J at number Bruce left and we will discuss/correct situation. Thank you

Excellent service! Service tech David just finished preventative maintenance check up and did fantastic job. Thanks for the great job.

I would not recommend Howard Air due to employees who have no true concern with the customer and servicing the customer. The employee we delta with, Ted H[redacted], lies about interactions with customers and when asked why tries to bully and intimidate customers. Made it clear that He and the company does not want our business if we don't do as he says when he was already caught in a lie and at fault. Because of this blatant disregard for customer service and hostile employee we are happily going with another company as I suggest everyone does. DO NOT USE HOWARD AIR!!!

Technician arrived when scheduled. -- Was very courteous and knew exactly what to inspect and where to find it. -- Even had information about extra area I had requested to be checked from the scheduling dept. Great job, glad we purchased replacement from Howard Air.

Prompt and quality service.

Great experience with this company. Very honest and professional.

I was very pleased with the service Howard Air provided us. As a result of their first visit an issue arose, and they returned within days to rectify the issue with no questions asked. It seemed to be that the customer is Howard Air's first concern, and they would go out of their way to make it right for the customer.

We have used Howard Air for a couple of years. Michael the service tech who services our heating/air conditioning equipment is an exceptional employee. His work is always exceptional and truly represents Howard Air's level of service.

From the initial meeting with the sales rep to finished installation, the quality and service was excellent. Very thorough explanations of the equipment and services being furnished, as well as professional attitude of all involved was much appreciated.

For a service industry, their customer service is terrible. Didn't keep appointment, had to reschedule, antiquated billing system took 2 months to go through the bank, don't return phone calls. Poor poor service. Wish I hadn't signed a two year contract

Howard Air replaced two Trane packaged Gas/Electric systems for us. Their quote was the best of three obtained and the representative was the most knowledgeable and helpful of the three. They were right on time, did an excellent job installing the systems, explained the system fully and completely and everything has worked very well.

The service provided by Howard Air was excellent. [redacted], the tech, was on-time, competent, friendly. He even slipped a paper covering over his shoes before he entered the house to prevent getting dirt on our carpeting. That was a nice touch you don't see from many service people. The price to check out our a/c system (a 44-point inspection) was fair. We'd use Howard Air again.
