I have never been to Dr. Howard Budner Office and have been receiving emails asking for money. My aunt sent him prove that he was sending false information to me and he sent me a new email today. I think this is harassment, my aunt is sick and she get stress out by the emails. Please have him to stop communicating to me or my aunt.
Dear Sirs:
I am responding to the complaint filed by *** regarding his aunt ***. She was seen by me on the 11/30/2016. We filed a claim for the visit and testing. Below is the EOB regarding her visit. It shows that she is responsible for $149.21. We proceeded to send her paper bills and an email bill. It appears that she provided us with her nephews email address. Why I do not know. Since then we have been sending email reminders and paper bills to the address on file. She claims to have paid the bill but has never provided us with proof. She only paid for glasses at that time. We have tried on numerous occasions to explain this to her. She has been to us many times and we have billed her insurance and she paid the remainder after we sent her a bill. The charges are correct and valid. I personally spoke to her and explained this to her and sent her the same EOB. I cannot explain why the emails go to her nephew as he is not a patient and there is no way we could do this without her giving us the information. I am sorry she is stressed out. I would be willing to settle this matter for a 50% reduction is the fee.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have never been to his office and she only put his name down as a point of contact. She talked to him days before I sent this email and then he sends me another email. I was nice, I should have contacted the Office of Attorney General for a person harassing me about a bill when I have never been seem by him. I have proof that it was sent again with my name on it, no where does it show *** owing anything, so after a year now she owe the bill. I wondering what type of business is it and advise her to find another doctor. I want the doctor to stop send bills with my name on them.

There is nothing to reject. I have the form that she filled out with his email address. I have scanned it and sending it. I am sorry he is so annoyed but there is little I can do when given the information. Provide me with the correct information and I will change it and he will never get another email again. I have apologized now maybe he will too. We have billed your aunt every time in the past and she eventually paid. This is not a new problem. I can provide proof of that too. The last email goes out automatically at the beginning of the month. I just got out of the hospital after speaking with his aunt and had NO time to fix anything especially since she failed to give me any new information. I have provide her with all the proof of the claim and still she refuses to pay it. Why is it that I am being punished. We provided a service and expect to get paid. Again I will offer a 50% discount to move forward. I would be happy to send you her records after she fills out a records release.
