In 2013, Howard Carter Concrete replaced a sidewalk and stepsThe worked looked great A week after, the concrete looked discolored and appeared to craze My wife and I contacted MrCarter and explained our concern He assured us that the discoloration would fade after some sun and rainIn 2014, the discoloration and crazing remainedI contacted MrCarter and he said he would take a lookIn 2015, the concrete actually began fracturing around all of the crazing fissuresI contacted and left a message with MrCarterI did not hear a response and called him later in the summer and he said he would take a lookI called back to get a follow up but he did not return my call In 2016, the concrete has begun to break into pieces along the crazing lines and it looks like it will continue
