Review: Howard Oil wrote to my bank after ignoring my order cancellation and deliveringanyhow.due to decreased profits in the oil business they scam people to bring in revenue.They also lied to my bank saying,"customer has a history of writing bad checks."not true I bounced 1 check in 22 years and made good on it right away but gotslandered by Mr. H[redacted] (owner) regardless.my oil furnace service company claimed they kick back money to repair men torecommend their inferior product which they dilute with water to stretch theirprofits.Use a reputable company when purchasing heating oil rather than a scam operation likeHoward Oil Company.Desired Settlement: I don't want to pay for an order that was cancelled before they delivered
