I had a issue with our toiletA piece of the toilet roll holder went down along with a spring*** was very helpfulHe removed the toilet, checked to make sure that nothing was stuck insideReconnected, augured and tested the flush many timesWorks greatthanks again

Wow, excellent customer service Great follow up Excellent job replacing toilet, taps and removing garburator *** was courteous telling me that I didn't need to replace bathroom sink, letting me know what he was doing and if there were additional fees When having to go get a length of pipe, he took me off the meter while he was gone Would I use them again - yes most definitely They even clean up after themselves!

I had a leaking faucet, whcich I figured would not be a major expense to fix
I contacted Aim Plumbing and Neil got back to me, almost immediatelyWhen
he arrived and checked out the problem, he gave me a quote, fixed the problem,
and everything was very satisfactoryHe also found that my insinkerator had
rusted and was leaking Patrick came a few days later, quoted a price, and
went to work on removing the garburator & re-adjusting the plumbing Although
the job took about minutes longer than expected, he stuck to his quote and
did a great job Very pleased with pricing and service Kudos to Neil and Patrick

We had an emergency during a period of incessant rain, with water backing up through the drains into the laundry room in the basement Understandably we had to wait a few hours because the company was having to deal with everyone else's emergency at the same time resulting in a bit of chaos When the service man showed up, he promptly assessed the problem and dealt with it in an efficient and timely manner I would like to commend this man for his polite and friendly approach to our situation, and his patience in describing the problem to us Thanks for a job well done
