I was very upset with the furnace and duct work job I had had Dan do in my home roughly a month ago. I was told 3-4 days to complete the job it took him 8 days, the vent in my family room is off to one side not centred and pilot holes drilled where vent is not, cold air return duct has inch gaps that are wide open not sealed, no vent was installed in my bathroom, downstairs bathroom vent is on the wall beside mirror with the hole butchered do to cutting incorrect spot,venting going outside was not caulked at all, carpet was damaged when drilling to bring up wire to thermostat also base board is damaged, missed cut holes cut for piping in three spots. did offer to fix didnt offer to adjust price,didnt return calls well, left windows and his equipment running. Overall I feel I could of done a better job myself and the work quality is less than a 5 year old could do.
