Review: Hello,I am in charge of all administrative affairs for [redacted] in [redacted] has been insured through the Howard Insurance agency for quite sometime and our experience has been horrible. A few months back the [redacted] lost power and couldn't operate during our regular business hours and for reasons out of our control. The reason was covered under our insurance. Our broker Patrick kept giving us the run around with when and what our claim. He kept saying he was waiting to hear back from [redacted]. To this day we have not heard back from him. I have been emailing and calling him just to find out what happened with this situation and to find out when our policy ends and he has not called nor written back. We are at our wits end and something needs to be done about this. This has been going on for over 6 months. Enough is enough.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter sent to him and I would like for other people to be notified about what horrendous service we have gotten through this Insurance Agency.
