Good afternoon, In response to the current complaint The hotel was over accommodating to the customer When we first got the complaint at front desk we informed the customer that we would let the manager know After he came in we offered
them a discount off of the stay But they wanted to check out We then told them we would allow them to checkout at no fee I (Front Desk Clerk,) then personally went to the room along with the housekeeper to try and fix the issues they were having, and the housekeeper to clean the room At this point they decided to stay in the room The needles in the light was just cords from the wires At point we would not be refunding the stay amount

I received a call from Dale the manager who stated he was trying to issue me a full refund last week on 8/He stated he would wait for a call from my credit card rewards company so they could obtain approval from him to use the refundSo I'm confused as to why he would state he is not issuing the refundI have his personal cell information and a witness to the conversationMy credit card company attempted to call him and left a messageThey have yet to hear from him and will be reaching out again this weekDale asked me to remove my complaint once I receive the refund which I have yet toThe motel was not over accommodating but were more so trying to shut us up by doing basic things hat should have been done prior to our arrival and even more so immediately after our first complaintFor us not to even be able to speak with a manager is ridiculous and for him to take a week to return one of my several messages prior to me contacting the Revdex.com is unacceptableNow this message stating they aren't issuing a refund is confusingThis is what happened initially when we were told we would receive a refund and then the manager retractedThis is ridiculous
