I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the property numerous times and have not been able to reach the general manager and he has not returned my phone callsI have contacted the third party booking agency and they are doing their best but since this th charge was not on the original booking there is not much they can do.(this is because my original check in paper work was lost I filled out new check in paper work and gave a new card after I was awoken by someone trying to get into my room and subsequently been charged four times), I have contacted Wyndham and Howard Johnson corporate and have not been helpedThis is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessionalPlease let me know how you plan to fix this issueThanks
