I am rejecting this response because: the total amount of distribution being reported in the State and Local taxes are incorrect. In both State and Local tax return, total distributions are reported as taxable, without excluding my contributions. A CPA is working on correcting both State and Local. As I stated in my original complaint, I would like Howard Pachter to reimburse this CPA for the work, in addition to the penalty and interest accrued. Thank you.
