Review: I purchase a ticket to see ([redacted]) at the Howard Theater on Saturday, October 3, 2014. Its was total Chaos!! it started with a men have a seizure on that stage, very frighting, while that was going on the bouncers were fighting another group on guys, there were chairs being thrown, I had to run out the way, the crown was pushing people down, a mess, the celebrity was sitting in VIP smoking marijuana and drinking, totally unexceptional, I am requesting a return of $48 dollars.Desired Settlement: To refund me back my well deserve money.
Review: I purchased four tickets on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Howard Theater for the August Alsina concert on Sunday, June 8, 2014. The website reflects a price of $45 per ticket and when I arrived to the Howard Theater box office, I was charged $58.50 per ticket. I phoned the box office this morning and inquired whether the extra costs were due to a service fee and was told that ticket prices increased over the Memorial Day Weekend. The website does not disclose that there would be a price increase nor was I told this at the office when I purchased the tickets. Because of these two omissions, I would like to seek a refund for the price difference of $58.50.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund issued for the difference ($54) of the advertised price ($45) versus the purchased price ($58.50). ($13.50 each x four tickets = $54)
