We did a manufacture exchange customer 5/18/2015 … he received a new refrigerator

This business has lied in their response. They did NOT offer repairs free of charge, the only "offer" I received was to go through the appliances one by one and for them to offer me "tips" on what I might do (like use a dishwasher cleaner to fix the dishwasher). They also lied about the service calls, they came out twice for the dishwasher, once for the fridge (ironically, they did, in fact, replace the rusted handle on the dishwasher, they say the didn't....). We also just paid to have the oven fixed with a Frigidaire "approved" repairman. Today, the rubber seal on the dishwasher fell off so there's another repair. Howard's isn't going to do anything to fix this. What I really want at this point is for the Revdex.com to launch an investigation into Howard's selling used/floor model appliances and passing them off as new to their customers. I KNOW that's what they did with both myself and my sister
